Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without providing a reason. This cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us of your decision with a clear statement by email at info@wisepicks.co.uk.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
- After the cancellation period has expired, we may still accept returns, but additional charges may apply. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights during the initial 14-day cancellation period.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract during the 14-day cancellation period:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. However, additional charges for premium delivery options will not be refunded.
- A deduction may be made for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
We will process your reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
- (If earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods.
- (If no goods were supplied) 14 days after we are notified of your cancellation.
Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided, whichever is earliest.
Returning Goods
- You must send back the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation.
- The return deadline is met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning goods.
Important: You are liable for any diminished value of goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@wisepicks.co.uk with the following details:
- Your full name.
- Order reference number.
- Your address.
- Email address.
- Contact number.
- Date of purchase.
- Date the goods were received by you.
- Specify which items you want to return (if part of a larger order).
Once your return is approved, send the item(s) along with a note indicating:
- Whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Details of the product you wish to exchange (if applicable).
Sending Returns Back to Us
Some of our products have delicate properties, requiring extra care during transportation. Please ensure the following when returning such items:
- Inform your courier that the package contains fragile items.
- Use a courier service that offers insurance for the shipment, covering the full retail value of the item(s).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

- Provide photographs of the damage and your order details to help us resolve the issue promptly.
We will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
